Connect Call Step-by-steps

No Contact/Company in HubSpot

  1. If the phone number is associated with a company and not a person add a company before making the call!
  2. Once the company is added with the business phone number, call them and follow the script found on: WMB Script Page.
  3. During the call make sure you are logging notes in the notes window as you talk while still actively listening and engaging with the prospect.
  4. Your initial call will result in one of these actions:
    1. Booking a Discovery Meeting
      • Booking a meeting for the client is very simple you go to this link and fill out their details, while giving them 3 options for dates and times: Roya’s Calendar
      • Create a deal in HubSpot and put it on the sales pipeline under “discovery meeting scheduled”.
    2. Creating a follow-up Call Task
      • Click create follow up task and select appropriate time and type
    3. Sending an information Email
      • Click Email and select the appropriate template
    4. Leaving a voicemail and creating a follow up task to call back
  5. Disposition the call by clicking call outcome and selecting the correct outcome, and then selecting call type and selecting the appropriate type.
  6. If you have connected with a decision maker you will add them as a contact within hubspot with all the correct information.
